Return & Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
